Our Term and Conditions

  • The charter reservation is confirmed by a 40% deposit of the total charter fee by Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit card – Mastercard and Visa with additional charge 3 % for bank administration fee.(non-refundable).
  • Balance is due 6 days before the charter start date.
  • Be sure to complete the payment before the due date. Your reservation will be automatically released if you fail to make payments before the due date.
  • The activity is depended on the weather in particular wind conditions
  • All booking confirmations are subject to availability basis
  • If the booking is made within 1 day before the service date up to no show, a full (100%) charge will be applied as a cancellation fee.
  • In the event of unfriendly weather and the harbor is closed, BALI PRIVATE YACHTS is entitled to reschedule the departure time without any refunding to the passengers.

Bali Private Yacht Charters will not be responsible for weather conditions, road conditions, sea conditions, Government action, Force Majeure, or any other unavoidable factor affecting the cruise and/or the travel to/from the port of embarkation/disembarkation. Passengers are responsible for all items or equipment used during the charter and liable for any charges to replace items or equipment that is damaged or lost. Bali Private Yacht Charters will assume no liability for: Any property damage or loss, personal injury, or death arising out of the operation or use of any vehicle, conveyance or accommodation employed during the duration of the cruise. Any damage or loss resulting from failure, delay, any other irregularity, any acts or omissions occurring prior to, during, or after a cruise, under which the means of transportation or other services provided are offered for and on behalf of Bali Private Yacht Charters. Any damage or loss resulting from any personal injuries, death or damage to property, arising out of any act of war, civil unrest or military action occurring in a country of origin, passage or destination. Any costs for evacuation or repatriation arising out of a medical condition during the cruise, either on board or ashore. Any personal belongings that are lost or damaged during the cruise and/or during the travel to/from the port of embarkation/disembarkation.
